GTM – Go to market plan

An effective GTM strategy and plan will answer the fundamental question. What to whom , when and why ?  It does need to explain the objectives, how they will be adopted by the organization internal and external. A clear resource plan, activity scheduele and full sales and marketing toolbox supporting all sales and marketing activities are required.

The organizations who understand how to deliver a plan which clearly link the elements in the valuechain – from launch to services perform 400% better than those who doesn’t have a plan.
